Highland Rim SHRM is hosting a virtual – online presentation on Friday, August 21, 2020 on “Your Institutional Narrative on Diversity and Inclusion”.
All across the world we see protests targeted at eradicating racism. Institutions are having discussions and implementing additional initiatives targeting at removing this stigma. What about taking a look at the narrative that your institution conveys about diversity and inclusion? This session will have you to consider your institution’s narrative.
Our presenter will be Barbara Scales, Chief Compliance, Equity & Inclusion Officer
Title IX & Title VI Coordinator, Affirmative Action Officer, Office of the President, Mandated Reporter for Motlow State Community College. Human Resource professionals, business owners, managers and supervisors are welcome to attend.
