Highland Rim SHRM is hosting a lunch and learn, Friday, June 7th, 2019 on how to enhance influence skills for HR leaders.
Cultivating Influence for HR focuses on the importance of ability to influence others and get results without needing to force compliance. Being able to influence others without relying on formal authority can directly impact your career success. This program will provide very practical tips, which can easily be taken back and applied in the workplace to become a more effective and influential professional.
