Highland Rim SHRM is having a free lunch and learn to discuss Compensation Best Practices and how this impacts a company’s bottom line. We will learn best practices for conducting internal equity, proper job classification, job analysis, salary administration, compensation budgets, compensation plan and structures, and internal audit practices.
The presenter is Ms. Phyllis Pruett, HR Professional at Jacobs. Human Resource professionals, business owners, managers, and supervisors are welcome to attend. As part of our annual membership drive, lunch will be provided by the Chapter for all attendees.
